A social club that has no organized database of membership where, the administration needs to carry out a ballot every year. The club needs an auditing system for memberships and subscriptions to organize the collections and detect the overdue balances (arrears).

An Analysis of data of members and subscriptions, also an analysis of the regulations governing the elections and a study of all the gaps regarding the voting process had been executed.

• DOIT programmers developed a special application to manage the club memberships. The application acquires a unique feature that enables the system to print out a specific coded cards which, could not be forged. The application follows up the subscriptions payment, it issues various reports of computing the members of the club and their subscriptions payments. 
• DOIT programmers developed another application which, is connected to the previous one. This application manages the electronic ballot and voting process. Each member has to vote only with his coded membership card and no more than once. The system has the ability of barcode scanning of the members’ cards to avoid over voting. When the ballot is closed, the system issues reports of the attendees and absentee voters.
