Social sport club in Sharm El Sheikh annexed to an hotel and which, has nor system for memberships and subscriptions, neither a reception regulations for the hotel; despite that the rooms charges differs for members of the club and those who are not.

Analyze memberships and subscription database, and review the register of the hotel rooms charges.

• DOIT programmers developed a special application to manage the club memberships. The application acquires a unique feature that enables the system to print out a specific coded cards which, could not be forged. The application follows up the subscriptions payment, it issues various reports of computing the members of the club and their subscriptions payments. 
• DOIT programmers developed a program for managing the hotel reception and which is connected to the club memberships application. This program determines the hotel rooms charges according the guests’ memberships. It shows the number of occupied and available rooms.   

Members’ data was keyed in to the club computer system.
